Admission Guide
In order to prevent transmission of the new coronavirus, admission to the park must be reserved in advance (by phone or web).

○ You may enter the garden for an hour and thirty minutes from 9:30 to 17:00 we only accept maximum 10 people at once.
○ No admission is allowed if you are late for the booked time.
○ Admission is possible on the day, as long as the available, however only for garden.
〇 If you bring in food or drinks, 300 yen per person will be charged for preparing for the venue to eat, cleaning up the place, collecting garbage.
〇 *You may bring your own lunch.

〇 All prices include taxes.
〇 Admission only: Free gallery at the reception desk and free guided walks through the Kancuien Garden.
〇 Entrance fee is not included in the Nanzanso entrance fee. Adults: Entrance fee 500 yen + Nanzanso entrance fee 1,000 yen, for a total of 1,500 yen.
〇 Children under elementary school age are not allowed to enter the park alone. Please come with parents or other adults.

Please refrain from entering the facility if you are not feeling well or have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher.
