The following is a summary of the questions and consultations we receive from our customers.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made one week prior to the date of use. We accept reservations by phone or by mail.

I don't know how to pay.

Payment is to be made on site. We accept cash only.

How can I cancel my reservation?

Please contact us at least 5 days prior to the date of use to cancel your reservation.
For normal reservations, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.

Is the garden wheelchair accessible?

The garden is not suitable for wheelchair access because of the uneven paving stones and height differences in the garden. Furthermore, please note that Nanzanso, which was built in the early Showa period (early 20th century), is not wheelchair-accessible.

Are pets allowed?

We are sorry. Pets are not allowed.

Is smoking prohibited in the garden?

Smoking is prohibited in the Kansuien garden, the museum, and the parking lot.

Can I take photos?

Yes, it is possible to take photos and videos of the gardens, facilities, and art works. However, the sale or other commercial use of the photos and videos taken is prohibited.

Is there a parking lot?

Yes. Free parking is available in front of the Kancuien reception office. It can accommodate 10 standard-sized cars. Micro bus can be fit.
